Unexpectedly on November 15, 2016 at age 44. Predeceased by her father, Harold W. Provost, grandparents, Mabel and Taylor Majors, Howard and Jessie Provost and uncle, James R. Majors. She is survived by her son, Brandon Hazell of LeRoy, mother, Carol Provost of LeRoy, brother, Alexander Provost of CA, sister, Andrea Provost of Batavia,step-sisters, Sarah and Cassondra Majors of LeRoy, aunts, Nancy Majors, Alice (Curry) Odom and Maudina (Joe) Filmore, uncle, Harry L. Majors and a host of cousins.

Chrystal enjoyed her family, friends and Facebook family. She always found time for her animals, especially her dog, Reggie and to take in stray cats. She enjoyed walking, laughing with her cousins, family gatherings and playing games.

Friends may call Sunday, November 20, 2016 from 4-7 PM at the Cameron Brady & Steuber Funeral Home, 111 Wolcott Street ( Rt.19), LeRoy. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 21, 2016 at 1 PM at the Second Baptist Church, 73 Myrtle Street, LeRoy. Interment will be held privately. The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Genesee County Animal Shelter, 3841 W. Main Street Rd., Batavia, NY 14020.
