Went into the loving arms of Jesus on November 10, 2017. She is predeceased by her sister, Chrystal Provost on November 15, 2016. She is survived by unconditional love of her fiancé, Kenneth G. Smith III. She was born on June 17, 1992 to her biological parents, Tracy and Andrea Majors. She is the daughter of Carol Provost of LeRoy. Cassondra is also survived by her sisters, Sara Marie Majors, Megan Jean Leach, Katherine Ann Leach, Erica Renee Leach and Michaela Rose Leach, her brother, Alex Provost of Texas, her aunt, Kim Irwin of LeRoy, uncles, Terrance Irwin and Shaun Irwin of Batavia, NY niece, Celina Marie Leach and two nephews, Brandon Hazell and Jaden Michael Leach, grandmother, Nancy Majors and grandfathers, Donald Schaeffer of LeRoy and Frank Irwin of Georgia, her best friends, Bud, Ricky Porter, many friends and relatives, the people who helped on her journey, Michael and Marcia Leach, Roger Williams, Kathy Williams, which was greatly appreciated

There will be no calling hours or service at Cassondra’s request. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.

Kenny was the love of her life and she the love of his life. There was no greater love that the love and bond that they cherished.
