Jennings, Walter Thomas Sr.

Scottsville - Oceanside, CA: Passed away on Friday, July 10, 2015 at age 75 after a very courageous battle with cancer. He left to cherish his memory of wife, Naoko; daughters, Dawn Prescott, Jamie (Richard) Motas; son, Brian (Jennifer) Jennings; sisters, Patricia Adams, Mary (Alexander) Eadie, Jane (Benjamin) Eadie; brothers, James (Diane) Jennings, John (Lynda) Jennings, Joseph (Debra) Jennings; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; aunt, Lorraine Cappellino; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Tom will be honored with a full military service and burial in California. Tom was a son, brother, father and friend to many. He was a proud and brave United States Marine who served our country to the end. Tom is now with his parents, Walter "Papa" and Winnie "Nana"; first wife, Faye Jennings; his beloved son, Walter and son-in-law, Robbie.

Graveside Service will be held Saturday at 2:30 at Oatka Cemetery, Scottsville followed by a celebration of Tom's life at the Smith-Warren American Legion Hall, 61 Main St., Scottsville from 3-6 PM. Please bring a happy memory of Tom for his family. Arr. J.H. Cameron Funeral Home, Scottsville.
