Randall, Marilyn Shepard
Scottsville: On August 16, 2016 at age 80. She was born, January 31, 1936. She was the daughter of Francis (Frank) Shepard and Gladys Miller Shepard. She attended East High School and the University of Rochester, majoring in Elementary Education. She began her Teaching Career at Rush-Henrietta Central School and then taught at Wheatland Chili for 28 years. Marilyn was a member of the Scottsville Fire Dept. for 25 years, as a E.M.T. She was also a member of the Sports Car Club of America where she served 1st as Emergency Service Coordinator, then as Historian. Marilyn was a member of the Union Presbyterian Church, where she was a Deacon.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Mary Anne (John) Shults, Karen (Ken) Hodgeman and Tina (Claude Brisson) Harris; she also leaves 5 grandchildren, Selena Harris, Brianna Shults, Tyler (Cami) Hodgeman, Kenneth Shults and Brett Hodgeman; she is also survived by great-grandson, John R. Hodgeman.
Friends are invited to call Friday, August 26, 2016 from 4-7PM at the J.H. Cameron Funeral Home, 26 Rochester St., Scottsville. Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 10AM at the Union Presbyterian Church, 1 Browns Ave., Scottsville. A reception will follow the Memorial Service at the Church. Memorials may be made to Union Presbyterian Church or Scottsville Free Library, 28 Main St., Scottsville.
