Condolences

Condolence From: Molly Davis
Condolence: Esther was my mother's (Claire Boyd Maiden) best friend as a child. They went to school together and were baptized together. Esther's family took my mother in all summer after her mother died when my mother was only 19 and she was so grateful for this comfort. I was able to locate Esther several years ago and she, and her sisters, were able to visit my mother in her memory care facility in Norristown, Pa. My mother remembered Esther and her sisters right away and they had a wonderful visit. I spoke with Esther many times on the phone and she was delightful. I loved getting to know her and wish we could have met in person. I called to wish her a happy birthday in December, but her phone was not working. I am so sad to hear she has passed. She was a wonderful person and a very good friend to my mother for many years. My sympathy to the family. I miss you Esther. Rest in peace.
