SCOTTSVILLE - Passed away on August 26, 2019 at age 82. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary; daughters, Morag (Todd) Allen, Denise (Brian) Livingstone & Jacque (Harry) De Voe; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Livingstone; several nieces and nephews.
