Pavilion/Albion- passed on December 30th, 2020 at the age of 98. Ruth was surrounded in love by her daughter Rebecca and her Son-in-law Charles Cottman. She was predeceased by her son Charles J Garratano. Ruth had 2 Grandchildren, Paige and Spencer.
Ruth was born in Hamburg NY, lived her adult years on her farm in Albion NY and spent her final years with Rebecca and Charles in Pavilion NY. She was a faithful member of the Pavilion United Methodist Church.
Ruth loved animals, gardening, cross stitch, canning and freezing. She was a fan of the Buffalo Bills and worked on puzzles with her family or friends. Ruth was very independent. She cut her own wood right up until she left her home and made many of her own clothes.
A private burial will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Hamburg NY. In leu of flowers, memorials may be sent in honor of Ruth to the Pavilion United Methodist Church 11115 E Park St. Pavilion NY 14525
