This Book of Memories memorial website allows family and friends a place to re-visit, share and enhance this tribute for future generations.
Having spent many boyhood summers with my grandparents at 14 Browns Avenue a few doors away from the Ruppersberger family, I remember with fondness Joan, John and her parents. She always treated me like a "big guy" and as a big sister. I know she must have had a major impact on many people and will be missed by all. Even though it's been so many years I'm one of those people. All the best.
I enjoyed being with Joan in our exercise class for 5 years. She had a great sense of humor and was so proud of her granddaughter Peytyn's participation in the class.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Joan's family. I met Joan in Nia class, and enjoyed dancing and talking with
her. The times we shared will be remembered with joy!
We were saddened to hear of Joan’s passing. Joan always greeted us with a smile, as well as, friendship. We will miss her! May you and your family receive peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead, and loving memories to hold in your heart.
Our deepest sympathy to Dick,Cathy,Jen and Family on the loss of Joan. She was a dear friend and will be greatly missed but not forgotten. Our prayers are with you and your family
My sympathy goes out to Joan's family. Joan and I were "Nia" dancing friends, and I will miss our conversations and laughs at Nia classes. She was a caring, compassionate person.
